Photographer: Bryan Edward Korth (bSPOKE Visuals), volunteering through the Church of American Strength & Hope ("CASH"), a South Carolina nonprofit religious corporation.

1. Consent. I consent to Bryan Korth photographing me and the family members listed below, including my minor children, at this event.
2. Free. This night is free. We owe nothing for these photographs, and nothing is owed to us for appearing in them. Giving to CASH is separate, optional, and private.
3. Delivery. We receive a private online gallery of our finished photographs in full quality, licensed to us for personal use: print them, share them, post them. Bryan Korth keeps the copyright, which is what lets him deliver and protect the work.
4. Portfolio use is our choice, and it is separate. Initial one:
    YES: Bryan Korth (bSPOKE) and CASH may show our photographs on their sites, in portfolios, and in materials about this program. Minor children are never named.
    NO: our photographs stay private to us. Nothing changes about what we receive.
5. Care. We take part at our own risk in the ordinary sense: everyone uses reasonable care, and the photographer is responsible for his own equipment and conduct.

Venue Agreement

Between ("the Venue") and the Church of American Strength & Hope ("CASH"), a South Carolina nonprofit religious corporation, with Bryan Edward Korth (bSPOKE Visuals) as the volunteering photographer.

1. The night. Date  Time  Space . The Venue provides the space, access to power, and a table.
2. Free to families. The event is free to every family. The Venue collects nothing and owes nothing, except as line 4 says.
3. The jar. Any giving at the event belongs entirely to CASH. It is optional, private, and never a price.
4. Travel. Within the Charleston tri-county there is no travel cost. Beyond it: $50 within one hour's drive, $100 past that, payable to bSPOKE Visuals and invoiced to the Venue. This night: $.
5. Gear and conduct. The photographer brings, runs, and is responsible for his own equipment and conduct, and leaves the space as he found it. The Venue maintains its premises as it does for any gathering.
6. Weather and life. Either side may reschedule with notice. A washout or an illness moves the night; it does not end it.
